My name is Todd, and I’ve called Allen home since 2010. I’ve seen plenty of changes since I’ve been here, but what I appreciate most is the people who make this such a great place to live and raise a family. Two of my stepchildren attended Allen schools and graduated from Allen High School. They both were very involved, so I know the community well.

As a professional copywriter and marketer for local businesses, I see how much is happening around us and how easily something worth knowing can pass us by.

That’s why I created The Allen Connection: one email each week bringing together local happenings, events, and discoveries across Allen, Fairview, and Lucas.

Think of it as our own little town square: a place to swap stories, recommend a restaurant, celebrate a neighbor, and learn a little local history.
